Heidi Sampang is a global health specialist, pediatrician, and humanitarian with extensive experience in public health, medical missions, and health system development. She holds a Masters in Global Health from Northwestern University and completed her pediatrics residency at Maimonides Infants & Childrens Hospital. As Philippine Program Country Manager for Remote Area Medical (RAM), she has led over 55 medical missions, serving 37,000+ patients in underserved and conflict-affected areas. She also heads Philippine Flying Labs, pioneering the first medical cargo drone delivery in Southeast Asia. Previously, she supported major health-related loans for COVID-19 response at the Asian Development Bank. With a deep commitment to ethical, sustainable healthcare, she has worked in Haiti, Mozambique, Ecuador, and China, blending clinical expertise with technological innovation to improve health access. An award-winning leader, she continues to mentor future medical professionals and drive impactful healthcare initiatives worldwide.
